    • 5+ years conveying technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

    • 5+ years working in software development across the full SDLC.

    • 5+ years experience with open source ecosystems (e.g., Node.js/NPM).

    • 5+ years as a software architect in agile team environments.

    • 2+ years experience with cloud services and architecture.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Project Management Office (PMO) disciplines, software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and enterprise project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver complex IT and telecom projects on time, on budget, and within defined scope and quality parameters.

Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, including Scope of Work, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocations.

Manage all PMO domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Integration.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including internal, client, and subcontractor resources.

Track progress using Jira and other project tools to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.

Communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership to resolve conflicts, report progress, and ensure alignment with program roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:
