Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer(8+ Years)

Location: GTA, ON  (Remote)

Duration: 6-12+ Months. (Contract role)

Job Summary

We seek a skilled and collaborative Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our Software Engineering Group. You will work closely with globally distributed teams, including business representatives, analysts, architects, and engineers, to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will lead CRM implementations, maintain data integrity, and drive user adoption through training and support.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Development and Customization:

Configure and develop Salesforce Lightning applications using APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio for process automation and optimization.

Technical Leadership:

Lead CRM implementations focusing on best practices, effective deployment, and successful rollouts, ensuring data integrity and driving user adoption.

Integration Development:

Work on third-party integrations, such as DocuSign, Salesforce Voice, and other APIs, to enhance Salesforce functionality.

OmniStudio Expertise:

Utilize OmniStudio capabilities, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards, to design dynamic and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Agile Practices:

Contribute to Agile and Scrum processes to support team productivity and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Deployment and Version Control:

Use CI/CD tools to streamline deployment processes, adhering to version control protocols and ensuring seamless production environments.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Implement robust testing tools and techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions.

Independent and Collaborative Work:

Operate autonomously to meet project milestones while effectively collaborating with stakeholders and team members.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve technical challenges with innovative, optimized solutions that align with business goals

Qualifications:

Educational Background

Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

8+ years in Salesforce administration and development.

8+ years in software development, with a focus on Salesforce applications and CRM systems.

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of APEX, Salesforce Flows, and development tools, including APEX Class Controllers, batch processes, and managing Governor Limits.

Proficiency in Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, batch Apex, and triggers.

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.

Strong expertise in integration technologies such as HTTP, XML, JSON, SOQL, and third-party integrations.

Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement, and Salesforce Voice.

Experience with system architecture and database design.

Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools for deployment and version control.

Salesforce Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).

Additional certifications such as OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for streamlined development cycles.
