About Us:
We are a leading organization in the capital markets sector, looking to transform our CRM infrastructure with a cutting-edge Salesforce solution. This project will involve moving a legacy application to a new Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) instance with a custom UI, complex data sharing requirements, and high integration demands. We’re searching for an experienced Salesforce LWC Architect with strong front-end skills and deep expertise in Salesforce’s design and sharing model to drive this initiative.
Role Overview:
The Salesforce LWC Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing a next-generation CRM solution that aligns with Tier 1 CRM standards in capital markets. The role includes handling complex data migrations, establishing robust DevOps practices, integrating custom APIs, and developing a rich UI using Salesforce’s Lightning Web Components (LWC). The architect will collaborate closely with technical and business teams, including Solution Architects, BSA, and onshore technical leads, and must be capable of managing high-pressure situations and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legacy Migration: Lead the migration of a legacy CRM application into a new FSC instance. Define and implement strategies for data migration, handling over 570 objects, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with FSC data models.
- Custom UI Development: Design and develop a sophisticated, rich front-end experience using LWC that replaces the Tier 1 CRM system. Use Salesforce’s design library to create an intuitive and custom UI aligned with capital markets’ needs.
- Design & Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the current system design. Develop innovative solutions to improve data sharing, especially within the context of FSC-compliant data and territory hierarchy.
- Data Sharing & Security: Implement a robust sharing model in compliance with FSC requirements, including custom sharing solutions for territory hierarchy and data security.
- Integration & API Development: Develop custom APIs and manage inbound integrations with Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems. Set up and optimize integration frameworks within Salesforce.
- DevOps Leadership: Oversee DevOps practices to ensure streamlined deployment and efficient CI/CD processes. Work closely with technical resources to maintain system stability and manage code reviews, release management, and incident tracking.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage daily with the onshore technical lead, Solution Architect, and Business Systems Analyst to ensure alignment with project objectives, resolve technical challenges, and drive project success.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and data sharing models.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning, LWC, FSC data models, and Salesforce’s design system. Strong command over sharing models, territory management, and compliance standards within FSC.
- Integration Skills: Proficient in API development and integration within Salesforce, including experience with REST APIs and managing inbound call flows.
- Data Migration: Proven experience handling complex data migrations (570+ objects) with attention to accuracy, security, and FSC compliance.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD, release management, and code reviews.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage high-pressure scenarios and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with capital market firms or within the financial services industry.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or FSC Consultant Certification.
