AWS Data Engineer

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an AWS Data Engineer with experience in manufacturing and industrial data platforms to design, build, and support scalable cloud-based data pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in AWS, real-time data processing, MQTT-based Unified Namespace (UNS), and integration of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, MES, CBM systems, sensors, and shop-floor devices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AWS-based data ingestion pipelines
• Integrate data from PLCs, MES, CBM systems, sensors, and manufacturing platforms
• Build real-time, near-real-time, and historical data pipelines
• Publish and consume data through MQTT-based Unified Namespace (UNS)
• Transform raw machine data into contextualized asset-based datasets
• Support Digital Twin, analytics, and KPI reporting platforms
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability across pipelines

✅ Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS data engineering services
• Knowledge of JSON, Avro, and Parquet formats
• Experience with stream and batch data processing
• Strong understanding of MQTT publish/subscribe architecture
• Experience implementing or consuming Unified Namespace (UNS)
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial data environments

• Digital Twin or IIoT platform experience
• Manufacturing analytics and KPI reporting exposure
